LOCATION: Trace Fork Field (Charleston, WV)

ON THE PITCH: The Carlow University Celtics struck first in this game thanks to the foot of Alexa Mermigas. Mermigas shot a rocket from well outside the box and buried it in the top right net. The Forward would strike again in the second half on a pass from Stacey Sikora.

The Lady Panther's lone bright spot was a goal early in the second half from 2014 USCAAA Student-Athlete of the Year Sarah Cope. Defender Nicole Burline set Cope up on a long lead pass that she was able to put away.
